On March 17, Ambassador Takewaka, together with Ambassador of Iceland to Japan Hreinn Pálsson, paid a courtesy call on Mr. Hiroyuki Abe, Mayor of Tama City.
During the meeting, they overviewed Tama City’s various initiatives to promote and introduce Iceland. Furthermore, active discussions were held regarding the potentials for future exchanges and cooperation between Tama City and the City of Reykjavik.
