On October 16, 2025, Her Imperial Highness Princess Takamado attended the 12th Arctic Circle Assembly, where Her Imperial Highness delivered a speech and conducted a Q&A session. It was highly appreciated by the conference participants, including H.E. Ólafur Ragnar Grímsson, Chairman Arctic Circle.
The Arctic Circle Assembly has been held annually in October in Reykjavík since 2013. This year’s Assembly received over 2,000 participants from more than 70 countries.
