Ambassador’s Commendation Conferment Ceremony for three Japanese residents in Iceland

On June 3, Ambassador Suzuki hosted a conferment ceremony and reception at his residence for Ms. Miyako Þórðarson, Ms. Yoko Arai Thordarson and Mr. Yoshihiko Iura, recipients of the Ambassador’s Commendation. They have made tremendous contributions to the promotion of an amicable relationship between Japan and Iceland as well as to the improvement of the welfare of Japanese residents in Iceland about fifty years.
