The 19th Japanese Presentation Contest

On Monday, April 7, the Japanese Department of University of Iceland presented the 19th Japanese Presentation contest and Ambassador Takewaka participated as one of the judges.
A total of 21 students from the first and second years took part in the contest. They demonstrated the progress they had made in their Japanese studies and talked about interesting topics such as the appeal of Japanese TV programs, the hobby of knitting, and the student’s hometown.
The Ambassador Prize was awarded to a student who vividly presented her experience of interacting with the deer in Nara.
